All members of Guildford Conservative Association are warmly invited to attend this celebration of a century of women in politics, with special guest Baroness Evans, who was appointed as Leader of the House of Lords by Theresa May.
We are most grateful to Jill and Nick Eyles for allowing us to use the grounds of their beautiful home in Compton and to Jill for her support of the Guildford Conservative Women’s Organisation in its early stages.
The event will be an evening drinks with canape contributions from the CWO membership. A raffle will be drawn and donations taken at the end of the evening.
This is an event for both men and women as part of the Pankhurst Parties programme, a series of nationwide events taking place to mark 100 years of universal suffrage.
